Concept

The design of the international office is spacious and comfortable, and connects with lecturers who come to exchange academics from partner universities in various countries or to take care of exchange students. Exchange students or international students can come to receive assistance in registering for credits or consulting academic matters. The office consists of a foyer with computers for students to use and a corner to sit and meet with lecturers or international students. The design emphasizes wood and exposed concrete tones, making the area look spacious, clean and inviting. Along the walkway to the lecturers’ lounge, there are wooden latticework that extends to the ceiling, making users feel close to nature and relaxed. There is also a 15-seat meeting room for international personnel next to the foyer, and a kitchen (pantry) for lecturers.
