MODS is detail-orientated. Each design is client, site and programme specific. Each design is meticulously detailed, informed by construction knowledge, to ensure a smooth process during the execution of the construction contract and full realisation of the architectural intent.
Construction
We use our own workshop and factory to build the furniture ourselves, ensuring high-quality finished products are guaranteed.

Construction Contract
We provide comprehensive service contracts that not only clarify the design and construction processes but also include a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Our BOQ outlines the exact quantities, specifications, and costs of materials, ensuring transparency and minimizing the chances of misunderstandings or discrepancies during the construction phase.
No Design Team
No in-house designers. Contractors have no control over construction drawings and may not be able to deliver accurate details of built-in furniture. Technical issues such as mechanical, hydronic services will not be thoroughly dealt with.
Handles only construction contract
Lack of control over carpenter skills and inadequate time management can lead to difficulties in ensuring quality and adhering to project timelines.
